New SOP on Covid-19

SOP – Customers

Kindly be advised that ALL customers will have to make an appointment in advance with the respective staff in charge before coming to our HQ for any issues (including product returns, exchange, etc).

    1. For any product returns or collection, appointments need to be scheduled in advance between the customer and person in charge (PIC).
    2. Customers are not permitted to enter the Company building.
    3. Customers would need to get their temperature checked by the Guard upon arrival and to scan the QR code available at the guard house.
    4. Customers are required to proceed to the Receiving Bay and wait at the designated Customer Waiting Area.
    5. Any returns, exchange or collection matters will be done at the Receiving Bay (drop-off point).
