Totalizing 42years of experience he held senior positions in Goban (Africa) Seychelles ( Indian Ocean ) , Turkey, Sri Lanka , french West Indies, Phuket ( Thailand ) , and finally Malaysia where he oversees the culinary production of Le Meridien hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
